    Beginners 4 months

Here we start from zero. We build our fundamentals of rhythm, body movement and partner dancing in general. We cover things like dancing side-by-side, moving with partner in closed and open, swinging out and circling around.

    Improvers 4 months

In this course, we enlarge our swing dance vocabulary with the essential variations you may encounter on the social dance floor. We also learn more about technical aspects of own body movement and partner connection.

At the end of the course the focus shifts towards musicality and styling.

At Intermediate level we explore essential challenging combinations, rhythms and shapes and solidify a good chore technique as our basic and integrate footwork variations. Now fast music is not only for kicks but also for fast triples.

We learn about the different layers in swing music and how to make the most of the holy triangle: us, our partner and the music.

    Intermediate level lasts one year.
